Who We Are:
I'm Steve Mellor, and coaching excellence is not just my profession—it's my passion. Hailing from England, I found my calling as a collegiate swimmer at North Carolina State University. My journey has taken me from guiding athletes like Brooks Curry to Olympic Gold, to serving as Associate Head Coach at Louisiana State University. Now, through Career Competitor LLC, I leverage my extensive experience as an Executive Coach and Keynote Speaker to empower individuals and teams to achieve greatness.
Our Journey:
Career Competitor began as a podcast in June of 2018. Featuring former athletes and established competitors, our podcast dives deep into how they optimize their competitive and athlete-minded characteristics to soar in their careers. From these humble beginnings, Career Competitor has blossomed into a platform dedicated to unlocking potential and fostering personal growth.
