About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to shape the identity of a fast-growing luxury service brand. You will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that span digital, print, social, paid media, and event activations. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-touch, detail-oriented environment where brand cohesion, visual storytelling, and data-driven decision-making are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a full-funnel marketing strategy that drives client acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns including social media, email marketing, paid search, and display advertising (DSP platforms experience a plus)
- Plan and execute upscale community outreach and brand activations (influencer events, trunk shows, charity partnerships, and local collaborations)
- Oversee content creation, print collateral, and visual branding assets to maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic
- Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, and videographers to bring high-conversion campaigns to life
- Manage agency relationships and internal marketing support staff
- Track KPIs, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Build relationships with media, community leaders, and brand partners to position the brand as a thought leader in its space
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience (luxury, beauty, hospitality, wellness, or aesthetics industries strongly preferred)
- Proven success in scaling brand presence and executing high-touch marketing campaigns
- Strong background in digital marketing, paid media, and audience segmentation
- Comfortable leading community engagement initiatives and hosting brand experiences
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- A polished, confident communicator with an eye for detail and design
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Masters degree or certification in luxury brand marketing is a plus)
