Social Media Specialist, International
The Social Media Specialist supports the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and conversion for Victoria’s Secret’s international business. This role requires a global mindset , collaborating with regional partners to gather insights, share best practices, and ensure a cohesive brand presence across international markets. Balancing strong analytical thinking and creativity , this specialist will own the social analytics platform , leveraging data to measure performance, optimize content strategies, and influence decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying trends, refining social media strategies, and driving impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives across diverse global audiences.

Your Impact
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to influence strategy.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly social media reports to educate internal stakeholders on performance and recommended actions for future marketing campaigns.
- Create social media strategies & content creation: create, plan, and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Be a creative thinker to generate and share content ideas that build meaningful brand & consumer connections and encourages community members to take action in-store or online.
- Maintain organic social calendars and delivery of assets for all brands to ensure execution consistency.
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including stores, digital, social media, email, paid media and print.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events. Coordinate logistics, manage event schedules, and ensure all details are handled effectively.
- Play a key role in organizing, maintaining and cascading key meetings & actions for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- This role may require occasional domestic and international travel throughout the year.
