Position Overview:

The CRM Manager is responsible for tracking and optimizing integrated marketing activities across all marketing channels. This position requires enthusiasm for data and an inherent curiosity of how to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness. The CRM Manager will work with department stakeholders in each tactic to help them use cross-tactic data to make informed decisions to improve marketing effectiveness.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage execution and tracking of direct mail marketing activities to current and non-customers.
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns to current and non-customers.
  • Track digital marketing campaigns delivery to inform decisions regarding spend and tactic mix.
  • Analyze customer data to drive actionable insights and identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Create and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and other relevant data points for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communications.
  • Execute a comprehensive data strategy to leverage customer data for personalized marketing and improved customer experiences.
  • Drive engagement and conversion across all relevant channels.
  • Work with CRM agency and legal department to ensure compliance with the latest privacy laws.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer data and campaign performance.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance data, offering insights and suggestions to enhance future campaigns and promote ongoing improvements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Oversee configuration and ongoing maintenance ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Troubleshoot CRM system issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Present findings and recommendations to Senior Management.
  • Perform other duties, as required, or assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, information systems or related field required.
  • 3+ years related experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal marketing and database teams as well as external agencies and data partners.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Disclaimer: The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. When making a job offer, we consider several factors in our determination, such as years of related work experience; relevant skills and qualifications; education level; and certifications/licenses.
