At McKesson, we're on a mission to revolutionize healthcare, and we need a dynamic Intrafusion Business Development Representative to drive our growth. In this role, you'll be a key player in identifying and closing small conversions and de novo sites independently, enhancing our footprint in the market.Key Responsibilities:Sales-Driven Pipeline Development:Channel your sales acumen to create and sustain a thriving prospect pipeline. You'll take charge of outbound communication, setting up impactful meetings, and driving conversions with precision.Independent Deal Closure:Leverage your sales skills to independently close small conversion deals and establish new de novo sites, contributing directly to our business expansion.Market Presence:Be the face of Intrafusion at national and regional conferences, supporting marketing efforts and showcasing our innovative solutions to potential clients.Strategic Research and Content:Conduct detailed market research to uncover valuable insights about prospects. Craft compelling content, including persuasive emails and call scripts, that resonate with decision-makers and secure engagements.Relationship Building:Develop strong, strategic relationships with your assigned Business Development Executive, working collaboratively to maximize sales opportunities.Minimum Requirement:Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant business development experience.Education:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Critical Skills:At least 2 years of business development experience, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in the healthcare sector.Sales Proficiency:Demonstrated success in using sales platforms such as Outreach.io and Salesforce, with a proven ability to execute outbound prospecting strategies and close deals.Independent Closer:A self-starter with a track record of independently closing sales and achieving targets.Technical Skills:Proficient in MS Office and familiar with tools like Highspot and LinkedIn Navigator.Working Environment:US Remote (one position covering the West and one position covering the East)Up to 50% Travel for industry events and meetingsWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
